Mepro Patient Tracking

The tracking program, which many physicians have enjoyed for years and recommended to their colleagues, has been renewed. We have continuously evaluated the feedback we have received from users since 1998, when we prepared the first version. At the end of our evaluations, additions and adjustments were made. After the first, second and third versions, we have reached the fourth version.

Despite the changes made in the Patient Tracking 4.0 version, the interface that users are used to has been preserved. This made it easier for old users to adapt to the new version.

What has changed in version 4.0?

While little changes were made to the interface, fundamental changes were made to the functionality. With the new database, the protection of information has been made much more secure. Backup functions have been improved. The connection with the new database used was made through the database server. Thus, data access was made faster and smoother. Regular backups are provided.

User requests and suggestions were also taken into consideration. Arrangements were made using the possibilities of developing technology. New features have been added while keeping many features from previous versions.

All branches were gathered under a single program and the user was given the opportunity to choose and change branches after installation.

Mepro Patient Tracking 4.0 Features

General features

· Branch selection: Possibility to select and change branches after installation.
· Search for records: Quick access to records in the name entry field or with the help of the search key.
· Document Recording: Viewing and recording the patient's documents (examination, epicrisis, report…).
· Analysis: Analysis and graphs of all records.
· Appointment: Entering and listing patient appointment date and time.
· Warnings and reminders: The previously entered information is displayed in the patient and examination selection.
· Insurance expiry warning: It gives a warning if the patient's insurance date has passed.
· Birthday reminder: If enabled, it will be reminded every day at the opening of the program as those born today.
· Adding users: Unlimited users can be specified. Appointment scheme for each user can be created.
· User login: If there is more than one user, the logins are encrypted and the actions of each user are recorded.
· Language support: Turkish or English language support.
· Fee Entry and Breakdown: Fee entry can be made from the inspection or the home page, and breakdowns of various periods can be taken.
· Communication: Envelope labels and letters can be printed on the lists received with the filter used. Email can be sent.
· Daily inspections: Ability to access the inspection list for each day.
· Customize the homepage: Change icons and photos, View Daily Inspection and Appointment list.
· Creating a Complaint and Story List: The information written in the complaint and diagnosis field at the examination entries are stored in lists. In the next entries, instead of writing the same complaint and diagnosis, a selection can be made from the list.
· Prescription: The drugs included in the prescription are kept in a drug list. A prescription is created by choosing from the list or entering a new drug.
· Inspection: Selection is made from the categories and examinations listed on the examination page opened from the examination page, or a new examination is entered.
· Result entry: Listed by date with previously requested examination. The results of the examinations in the lists can be entered.
· Old recipes: Old recipes are listed according to their dates.
· Printing: Old and new prescriptions and examinations can be printed.
· Past Examinations: Previous exams are listed by date. The selected exam opens. The opened exam can be edited or deleted entirely.
· Epicrisis: The selected exam can be printed as epicrisis.

· Surgery Page: Developed to enter all information about the surgery and its team.

Pediatric

· Development Chart: Processing developmental findings and evaluating mental development.
· Vaccination Form: Vaccination calendar, vaccines given and to be made are included.
· Development Charts (percentile): Height, weight, head circumference and body mass index graphics of the entered measurements are created by recording the height, weight and head circumference measurements.
Gynecology

· Pregnancy History: A forum for the entry of the first menstrual period, pregnancy, birth, and miscarriage numbers.

· Pregnant form:

Eye

· Vision examination: Examination form arranged for eye examination findings and eyeglass prescription entry.

· Glasses Prescription: Preparing and printing glasses prescription.
